Objective Responsible of Product ownership, Manufacturing Process Design, Program Launch, Key Milestones (EXCEL) follow-up and execution. Main Responsibilities Team leadership and Development Project and resources Management (CAPEX Administration) Strategic Planning Continuous improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration GD&T Interpretation: Applying geometric tolerances in design and inspection. Position Requirements Education in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Industrial Engineer. Advanced English More than 5 years of experience in Engineering Areas. More than 3 years of experience in leading Manufacturing or Engineering Teams. CNC Machining Process experience required. Tool Selection & Optimization: Understanding cutting tool materials, geometries, and coatings for different applications. Machining Parameters Fixture & Workholding Design. GD&T Interpretation: Applying geometric tolerances in design and inspection. Process Capability Analysis: Cp, Cpk, and statistical control of machining processes. Process Development & Troubleshooting Cycle Time Analysis: Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshooting issues like chatter, tool wear, and dimensional drift. CAD/CAM knowledge: SolidWorks, CATIA, NX for design and toolpath generation. FMEA for Machining: Identifying risks specific to cutting operations. SPC & Control Charts: Monitoring critical dimensions and process stability.
