Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive operational excellence in our organization. Job Summary The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production areas, ensuring they meet and exceed customer requirements and business objectives. Main Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams in achieving strategic goals by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. Implement Lean principles and tools, such as Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies, to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Mentor and coach team leaders, supervisors, and operators to enhance their skills and knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Management. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive or advanced manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
