Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of our operational excellence program, driving continuous improvement initiatives across functions and departments. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs on CI tools and techniques, coaching employees to achieve their targets and improve their skills. Work closely with department leads to identify process improvement needs, facilitate sessions, and support the execution of newly established improvements. Benchmark externally, ensuring that best practices and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners. What You Will Bring: A strong background in implementing CI processes, such as TPM for manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience in change management processes. The ability to think logically and influence others, with a results-oriented approach and adaptability in ambiguous situations. Additional Requirements: Experience in continuous improvement manager, team leader, or area manager roles. Familiarity with SMED, VSM, RCA, DMAIC, Black Belt, and other relevant methodologies.
