IT Process Improvement Specialist

IT Process Improvement Analyst We're looking for a highly skilled IT Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. As an IT Process Improvement Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us drive innovation and excellence in our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT service management processes and be able to design, implement, maintain, measure, and improve them to ensure best practice adherence and efficient delivery of IT services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning technologies into our IT Event Management process Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our IT processes Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of relevant operational and/or process experience, a BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
