What you’ll do Act as a technical point of contact for clients and work to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that align with those requirements Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the design, implementation, and optimization of their cloud-based solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success Continuously learn and stay current on new cloud services and technologies Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution for clients Provide feedback to internal teams to improve the client experience and service offerings Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to clients What we are looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role Strong knowledge and experience with cloud services and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working with clients and understanding their technical requirements Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with account management or customer service is a plus Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
