Automation Engineer – Monterrey, MX We're looking for a problem-solving, workflow-automation professional who thrives on building smart solutions for supply chains, logistics, and customer service. If you enjoy creating tools and scripts that save time, integrating systems with APIs, SOAP, and EDI, and streamlining processes for both internal and external customers, this is your chance to drive automation at scale for our growing company. What You'll Do Automate workflows: Build tools and scripts to automate supply chains, logistics, and customer service. Integrate systems: Connect and streamline integrations with external and internal customers, using API, SOAP, and EDI Enhance security: Apply role-based access control, MFA, and audit-readiness processes through automated policies. Data insights: Use SQL and Google Sheets dashboards to track usage, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership. Support strategically: Handle Tier-3 escalations for hardware and network setups (macOS, Windows, Ubiquiti, Meraki), but focus 70%+ of your time on automation. Collaborate globally: Support both our Monterrey and U.S. teams as needed. Observability and Dashboards: Facilitate the growth of new products using data tools (For data tools we use internal tools, retool, looker, and sheets). What We're Looking For Advanced English — both spoken and written. Strong coding skills in Python (required) and familiarity with SQL. Experience with API integrations (Slack API, Google Workspace API, Azure, etc.). Knowledge of scripting in JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus. Understanding of cloud administration (Google Workspace, Azure AD, GCP).
