We Are Hiring – Field Service Engineer Location: Monterrey (Home Office + Travel) About the Role We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide installation, technical support, and troubleshooting for automatic packaging systems in the bakery and confectionery industry. The role involves close coordination with an international team and extensive travel across Mexico, North America, and Latin America. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain high-speed packaging machinery. Perform electro-mechanical troubleshooting and PLC programming (Allen Bradley / Siemens / Rockwell). Support customer training, factory/site acceptance tests, and smooth equipment startup. Work independently with remote support from international offices. Candidate Profile ✅ Technical education (Bachelor’s/Associate degree a plus). ✅ 3–5+ years of experience in automation/service engineering. ✅ Advanced English & Spanish. ✅ Strong skills in packaging machinery, automation, pneumatics, and industrial controls. ✅ Valid U.S. visa (mandatory) & availability to travel 50–70%.
