Process Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on and result-driven Process Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production lines. This role will take ownership of process stability, yield improvement, and cross-functional coordination, acting as a key technical and operational bridge between Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate is not only technically strong, but also proactive, communicative, and capable of driving issues to closure independently. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Support Monitor and stabilize production processes on assigned lines Troubleshoot process, equipment, and material related issues Provide immediate technical support to production teams Lead root cause analysis for defects and downtime Process Improvement Improve yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency Standardize SOPs and work instructions Drive continuous improvement (Lean / Kaizen / 5Why / Fishbone, etc.) Reduce customer complaints and internal defects Project & Coordination Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Purchasing teams Support equipment installation, validation, and ramp-up Ensure smooth transfer of new products to mass production Documentation & System Maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, WI, and process documentation Ensure process changes follow change management procedure Support audits and customer visits Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field Experience 3-5 years in manufacturing/process engineering Experience in HVAC / heat exchanger / brazing / assembly / metal forming preferred Experience supporting production lines independently Preferred Qualifications Process troubleshooting & problem solving Lean Manufacturing / CI tools Basic project management Data analysis (Excel, Minitab preferred) Strong ownership mindset Proactive and self-driven Good cross-functional communication Hands-on and shop-floor oriented
