Job Title: Learning Content Strategist ">About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team as a Learning Content Strategist. As a key member of our Global Learning and Development department, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our global learners. ">Key Responsibilities: Learner Experience: Act as the voice of the learners, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our efforts and helping the GLD team iterate and improve our learning technologies and design efforts. Content & Design Management: Understand and implement instructional design standards and create a consistent global learning brand standard guide that will be used with all global learning initiatives, learning programs, etc. across the company. Capabilities & Experience Needed: A bachelor's degree, preferably in Instructional Technology, Education or Communication; or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years of instructional design or related experience. Significant experience with online instructional strategies and methodologies. ">Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have: A strong background in adult learning theory and instructional design principles/tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to establish priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and a team player approach.
