Job Description Regional Marketing Lead, Americas– Discrete Industries & OEM(Americas) You will report to:Director, Industry Strategy & Marketing . Job's workplace type:Hybrid Located in:Torre Aurum, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon Activities: · You will manage the development of marketing programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth for Rockwell Automation's OEM (machine Builder) segments and discrete industries (warehousing, data centers) within the Americas region. · You will work for the Global Industry Strategy and Marketing Director and collaborate with multiple internal organizations and professionals at multiple levels, globally, including; Regional Sales & Marketing, Industry Teams, Teams and Marketing Function. · Accountable for the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of campaign initiatives that drive growth in discrete industries. These initiatives encompass inbound and outbound marketing, media outreach, industry-specific events, sales enablement, training, and other communication tactics aligned with the needs of customers. · Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams—both directly and indirectly—to deliver programs on time and within budget, as defined by the campaign strategy. Inspire collaboration across business units, even when initiatives fall outside of day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring alignment with industry priorities and customer expectations.
