Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months. About the Role: The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment activities across the Americas region, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a passion for process improvement. Coordinate and schedule interviews. Process new hires. Manage onboarding activities, including document collection and background checks. Ensure all new hire steps are completed in time for a smooth start. Support recruiters and HR generalists with operational tasks. Help maintain data accuracy across systems and assist with reporting when needed. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. Strong coordination and communication skills. Comfortable working with HR systems like iCIMS and Workday. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. English fluency required. Portuguese is a plus. Experience supporting teams across different countries is a plus. Bachelor's degree required.
