Talent Attraction and D&I Intern Objective Responsible for communication between TA and D&I and other departments and key stakeholders by supporting the follow up of key projects, data analysis and results reports. Main Responsibilities Supports analyzes, and follows up on key projects for Talent Attraction and D&I Help to deliver initiatives that will help Nemak become a fairer, more-equitable environment for all employees. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Psychology or Communications Strong listening and communication skills. English Advanced Experience in D&I, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding or HR Systems desired.
