Manage employee relations, focusing on work-life balance, conflict resolution, and workplace safety. Develop and oversee performance management processes to ensure fairness and consistency. Evaluate talent needs and build a pipeline to address skills gaps. Communicate important HR updates to employees and stakeholders. Analyze employee trends to identify opportunities for engagement and retention. Maintain expertise in labor laws and regulations to minimize risks associated with daily employee management. Establish and maintain high standards for ethics, values, and company culture. Bachelor's degree required. +5 years of experience in HR preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in the Automotive Industry is an asset.
