Expert Payroll Processor

Job Title: Payroll Specialist About the Role We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll operations. Main Responsibilities: Process employee payroll accurately and on time according to established pay frequency (bi-weekly) and off-cycle payrolls. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to taxes and mandatory benefits, as well as manage state agency notices in coordination with ADP. Review mandatory deductions including Federal and state taxes, 401(k) plans, and other required payments. Prepare and submit payroll reports to Human Resources and Finance at the end of each pay cycle. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors (ADP, SAP, TI) to ensure accurate data integration and regulatory compliance. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in payroll and knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Familiarity with English language is essential. Payroll accountant with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
