Join Our Team: Labor Relations Analyst Role ">We are seeking a skilled Labor Relations Sr. Analyst to join our People team at Viva, the most preferred airline in the Americas. This role combines legal expertise with HR strategy to ensure compliance and build a fair, respectful, and legally sound workplace aligned with our company culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor relations or HR legal advisory, hold a Law degree (specialized in labor law) or Business Administration degree, and possess advanced knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Social Security Law (LSS). About this Job: Lead offboarding processes in compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Advise internal teams on contracts, clauses, and labor regulations. Monitor compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal codes. Support labor reform implementation and resolve workplace conflicts. Strengthen union relations and promote a healthy work environment. Drive digitalization of labor processes and internal service improvements. ">Your Responsibilities Will Include: ">Develop and implement effective labor relations strategies to minimize conflict and maximize productivity. Provide expert advice on labor laws, regulations, and best practices to internal teams. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in labor processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to labor-related challenges. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
