Job Title: Global Talent Manager In a multinational setting, the role of a global talent manager in human resources encompasses strategic responsibilities. Key objectives include developing and retaining high-performing employees to ensure the continuity and growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies to optimize organizational performance. Leverage feedback mechanisms to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. Design and implement competencies and skills models to align with organizational objectives. Create and manage training programs tailored to new talent acquisition. Lead succession and career planning initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and growth opportunities. Mobilize and lead global work teams to achieve shared goals and objectives. Evaluate human talent through structured assessments (e.g., 9-box method). Requirements: A minimum of +10 years' experience in international companies or similar settings. Expert English language proficiency. Advanced analytical and technical skills in tools like Excel. Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
