Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives Maintain HR systems and processes Conduct performance and salary reviews Analyze trends in compensation and benefits Design and implement employee retention strategies Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies. Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives. Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System. Report relevant HR information to the Division. Your profile and competencies to succeedThis job might be four you if you fit the following requirements: Minimum 8 years experience in human Resources or related field in automotive industry. At least the last 5 in Management position Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related. Advanced English communication skills. Proficient at developing talent, empowering others and creating a culture of collaboration with a HC of 1,; familiarity with HR information and payroll systems, good knowledge of employment law and labor union.
