Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to join their advisory team as a Sustainability Expert. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the development and growth of strategic ESG due diligence, risk management, and special investigation services. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and passionate individual with proven expertise in supply chain human rights and environmental due diligence, responsible sourcing, and supplier engagement. They will have a strong focus on addressing clients' most pressing sustainability and supply chain challenges, bringing an investigative and curious mindset to social and environmental risk management. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent critical thinking skills to identify risks and challenges related to ESG and supply chain sustainability The ability to develop innovative solutions that support clients' sustainability and compliance objectives Strong client engagement and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams in Sustainability/ESG, Compliance and Risk Management, and Procurement A collaborative approach to work with major global and regional companies in sectors such as consumer goods, retail, food and agriculture, and real estate Candidate Profile: Demonstrated experience in human rights and environmental due diligence within supply chains Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sustainable business practices Passion for advancing sustainable business practices and contributing to safer, more sustainable futures
