Event Operations Manager - FIFA World Cup 26 We are seeking a skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team at the FIFA World Cup 26. Key Responsibilities: Support event-time hospitality operations across lounges, suites, and external hospitality villages. Act as a point of contact on the ground for hospitality staff, vendors, and stakeholders. Assist with hospitality space setup and readiness checks. Greet and guide hospitality guests, staff, and partners. Monitor venue flows and track real-time updates. Escalate operational challenges promptly. Support vendor and staffing coordination. Assist with post-match wrap-up tasks. Requirements: 5 years of experience in event operations or related fields. Familiarity with stadium or live-event environments. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort with project management tools and reporting systems. Effective communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. Ability to remain in a standing position for extended periods. Conversational English as a minimum. Legally able to work in Mexico.
