Job Description This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administration and coordination of company human resources programs, including training, development, compensation, benefits, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls from employees, researching employee issues in HR policy, benefits, compensation, and payroll, coordinating and administering compensation plans, benefit plans, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and incentive plans. They will also maintain and access confidential records, escalate unanswered questions to organizational experts, and document responses to employees in an online case management system. Required Skills and Qualifications Our ideal candidate has recently graduated in Administration, International Trade, Psychology, or related majors, with 1-2 years of experience preferred. They should have intermediate to advanced English language skills, advanced Portuguese (must), and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, willingness to make a difference, and a career in Human Resources are essential.
