What You’ll Do: Be the voice (and heart) of our brands across email, chat, and phone. Support customers with questions about products, orders, and returns. Use data and common sense to provide clear, friendly, and solution-driven responses. Keep every interaction consistent with brand tone and service standards. Collaborate with our internal teams to improve processes and elevate CX. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Prior experience in e-commerce customer service is a big plus . Excellent written communication and multitasking skills. Calm under pressure, empathetic, and proactive. Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms.
