Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Field Services Professional to join our team. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues to their complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer problems both remotely and in the field to deliver exceptional outcomes. Implement timely solutions to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex technical issues. Deliver high-quality solutions to customers and stakeholders on time and at the lowest possible cost. Develop and maintain knowledge articles within the service knowledge management system. Establish strong communication and relationships with customers. Promote a professional image and build customer trust. Effectively communicate with customers, set up appointments, and provide clear information during onsite visits. Manage parts ordering and inventory effectively. Perform equipment maintenance/installation according to specifications. Verify systems operation in accordance with policies and procedures. Provide simple repair information to customers for operating their system. Attain system/customer knowledge to maximize system performance and customer satisfaction. Manage assigned and backup accounts, growing the service agreement business. Able to work on standby and respond to call-outs after hours. Some territories may require extended travel and overnight stays. Continues to develop skills towards new technologies.
