The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure at Automotive Industry. The role ensures high equipment availability, production continuity, and compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This position plays a key leadership role in a regulated automotive Tier 2 environment under IATF 16949 standards.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 7+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in an automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.Technical Skills:Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Basic knowledge of PLCs, drives, sensors, and robotics (preferred).CMMS or ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, MP).Familiarity with TPM, 5S, root cause analysis, Lean tools.Certifications (preferred): OSHA, NOM-029-STPS, TPM, Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt).Language: Intermediate to advanced technical English (able to read manuals and communicate with suppliers and stakeholders).Key Competencies: Leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, effective communication, results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities:Supervise the maintenance team in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans across all production areas.Ensure equipment uptime and efficiency by monitoring key metrics such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF.Implement and sustain continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, 5S, Lean Maintenance, RCFA).Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime incidents, spare parts usage, and work orders in CMMS or ERP systems.Enforce compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.Support internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Manage requests and inventory for spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.Train and develop maintenance technicians in mechanical, electrical, and automation skills.Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to respond to equipment issues and minimize production downtime.Participate in equipment installations, engineering changes, and project support as needed.
