Maintenance Coordinator

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to take your career to the next level? Mondelēz International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. Manage teams consisting of technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel. Requirements: Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including AM & PM standards on dedicated equipment and TPM tools. Capability to lead a role for the line, qualify, and coach next-level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line. Capability to work as a Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development.
