Operations Superintendent

As a key member of the WW management team, you will support the General Manager and Operations Manager in our fast-paced Vehicle Processing Center.Job Description This position will coordinate all on-site operations supervisors and develop strategies to meet customer needs. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs. You will support the Operations Manager in managing new requirements from FORD VPC customer and FORD Quality department. This role will collaborate with HR to develop strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism. You will act as a link between operations, quality, and safety departments. Your focus will be on creating best practices to meet financial objectives. Monthly planning will be based on the production schedule shared by the customer. Job Requirements 3-5 years of experience as an operations chief or senior operations supervisor. Knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management. Experience with assembly line operations, particularly in automotive or mechanical fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database navigation. A 4-year degree is required. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions. Intermediate proficiency in English.
