Facilities Operations Director

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Director to lead our manufacturing facilities, focusing on production, quality, logistics, finance, and maintenance. Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily plant operations, ensuring seamless integration of production, quality, logistics, finance, and maintenance functions Foster a culture of efficiency through optimized scheduling, well-defined KPIs, and lean process implementation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production Managers, Process Managers, and Quality Managers, to address challenges in real-time Develop and lead high-performing teams through clear expectations, growth plans, and succession initiatives Maintain full compliance with company policies, industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage plant-level profitability, cost discipline, and inventory control strategies Work closely with commercial teams, representing the facility during audits and customer visits Support innovation, automation, and continuous improvement projects aligned with organizational strategy Key Qualifications: Proven track record in plant management, with expertise in production, quality, logistics, finance, and maintenance Strong leadership skills, with experience in team development, coaching, and succession planning Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in industry-standard software, with knowledge of lean principles and process optimization techniques
