Key Responsibilities: Capital Projects & Equipment Integration: Provide technical maintenance support for all new machining equipment related to capital projects, ensuring smooth integration and startup. Equipment Redesign & Upgrades: Lead redesign initiatives for outdated or failing machine components to extend equipment lifecycle and improve performance. Strategic Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement sustainable, cost-efective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and reliability throughout its lifecycle. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Champion predictive and condition-based maintenance programs by introducing advanced diagnostic tools and data-driven methodologies. Troubleshooting & Repair Supervision: Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, oversee repair operations, and guide technicians in resolution and execution. Quality Control: Verify and inspect the quality of completed maintenance work to ensure adherence to operational standards. System Updates & Optimization: Maintain and modify system parameters as needed to improve machine performance and reduce downtime. Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause investigations on recurring issues to identify longterm solutions and prevent reoccurrence. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce costs, and enhance equipment eficiency and performance. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze statistical maintenance data to support decisionmaking and optimize scheduling and resource allocation.Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics (Preferred), Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial ~ Engineering (or related field). ~3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the trucking or heavy equipment industry. ~ Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic tools, and maintenance software. ~ Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and maintenance scheduling tools. ~ Solid understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and root cause analysis methodologies. ~ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. ~ Knowledge of Automation. ~ Electrical knowledge. ~ Automation robots, PLC. ~ ABB, Siemens PLC.
