About This Opportunity We are looking for a Roadside Assistant to join our team in the logistics and transportation industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our operators and vehicles are safe at all times. Your primary responsibility will be to provide roadside assistance, resolve issues, and ensure the continuity of our logistics operations. Schedule Sunday to Wednesday 5:00am to 5:00pm Responsibilities Roadside Assistance: Provide immediate assistance to our operators in the event of breakdowns, accidents, or roadside emergencies. This includes coordinating towing services, repairs, and on-site assistance. Effective Communication: Maintain constant communication with drivers and the logistics team to ensure quick issue resolution and minimize disruptions in deliveries. Incident Logging Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with road safety regulations and standards. What Makes You a Strong Candidate for This Position? **Must have a valid visa for training in the USA and fluent English level** Prior experience. Knowledge of road safety procedures and transport regulations. Ability to make quick and efficient decisions. Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
