Job Responsibilities:Engage with existing and potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote digital security solutions tailored to their needs. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell subscription-based services by understanding customer usage patterns and offering relevant upgrades or add-ons. Handle cancellation requests with a focus on retention, addressing concerns, providing alternative solutions, and highlighting the value of continued service. Meet or exceed sales and retention targets, maintaining high-quality customer interactions and following best practices for persuasive communication.Requirement:• Minimum of 3 months of experience in a call center. • Advanced conversational English. • Min. knowledge of computers, technical support, and digital tools. Others:5 days a week, 2 rotating days off9-hour shifts Shifts between 7:00 hrs – 22:00 hrsAlso shifts between 23:00 hrs – 07:00 hrs
