Electrical Sales Specialist

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing long-term relationships with customers. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the PCBA/electrical tool/electrical related industry, holds a Bachelor's degree or above, and is fluent in Spanish and English. You will be responsible for observing and analysing relevant markets, technologies and competitors to derive customer and portfolio oriented sales strategies. This includes preparing revenue forecasts and coordinating with other account managers to preserve existing business and generate new opportunities. We are looking for a highly self-motivated and fast learner who can frequently travel domestically and internationally as required. The successful candidate will participate in the regular monitoring of contract parameters, prepare all required contract data and price agreements, and monitor program-related change management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development : Develop and maintain long term, result-oriented business relationships with customers to acquire new business opportunities, quote preparation, negotiations and contract review. Market Analysis : Observe and analyse relevant markets, technologies and competitors to derive customer and portfolio oriented sales strategies. Coordination and Management : Co-operate with other account managers and are responsible for coordination and management of all activity and communication flows that help preserve existing business as well as generate new business. Contract Monitoring : Participate in the regular monitoring of contract parameters (quantities, amortization, cost and price bases, exchange rates, and calculation of price-increase adjustments for materials). Job Requirements: Experience : At least 3 years working experience in the PCBA/electrical tool/electrical related industry. Education : Bachelor degree or above. Language Skills : Fluent in Spanish and English. Travel Requirements : Able to frequently travel domestically and internationally as required.
