We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers in the electrical tool and PCBA industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. In addition to developing new business opportunities, you will also be responsible for coordinating with other account managers and ensuring seamless communication flows. About the Role: You will develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers in the electrical tool and PCBA industry. You will analyze relevant markets, technologies, and competitors to derive customer-oriented sales strategies. You will work closely with other account managers to ensure coordination and management of all activity and communication flows. You will participate in regular monitoring of contract parameters, including quantities, amortization, cost bases, and price adjustments. You will prepare all required contract data and price agreements for project transfer to the program management team and production plants. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the PCBA/electrical tool/electrical related industry. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English (and Spanish is a plus). Able to frequently travel domestically and internationally as required. Highly self-motivated and fast learner.
