Position Summary We are looking for exceptional, hungry, energetic, and hunting maniac sales professionals with the appetite to become top-notch hunters at our company. You´ll be the CEO of your own sales pipeline: Create – Progress – Close Fast and Furious The incumbent is responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the company's capabilities while creating, developing, and closing a solid sales pipeline. He/She must create sustainable solid relationships with key clients. The Business Development Manager will be the sales point of contact for the new book of business, supporting the creation and execution of sales strategies for each client, to ensure the achievement of results with perfect execution. The right candidate is a seasoned salesperson who has demonstrated exponential sales growth in his/her portfolios by leveraging different sales strategies to grow the business. We want nothing else than a passionate individual who wants a bright future at PRIMO. Top tasks & responsibilities: 1. Read and interpret market research and big data analysis. 2. Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve sales targets. 3. Sales and Solutions – lead generation, RFP management, and system demos Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve sales targets. 4. Manage customer's book of business in the TMS, and develop appropriate KPIs. 5. Monitor the account´s behavior and keep the client engaged by providing timely and updated information about the industry. 6. Quotes development. 7. Deals negotiation: rates, margins, payments, and service agreements. 8. Adhere to all requirements outlined in Sales Policy and rules of engagement given by the branch director. 9. Ad-hoc assignments. Required Skills, Education & Experience · Bachelor's degree. · A postgraduate degree is an advantage. · 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or purchasing roles were negotiation and analytics was your core trait. · Experience of logistics and transportation industry is a critical advantage but not a must Primary Skills: · Highly proficient in market research and strategy. · Highly proficient in negotiation tactics. · Strong communicator. · Strong analytical skills. · Goal oriented. Secondary Skills: · Networking and business leverage. · Collaboration · Strong presentation skills. · Proficiency in executing sales strategies, prospecting, and attracting new clients. · Experience building client SOPs, managing KPIs, and developing client relations. Proficiency in English is required. International or multicultural experience is an advantage.
