Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Mexico Position Type: Full-time Salary : $1,500- $2,000 USD/month depending on experience + ~$1000 in commissions paid via Deel Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1hr lunch break Job Overview Our client is a sales development consultancy that partners with early-stage B2B tech startups in the United States to drive growth through structured outbound prospecting programs. Growth Outlook: As demand for scalable outbound sales programs continues to grow, the company is expanding its internal delivery capacity to serve multiple clients simultaneously. Market Presence and Positioning: They positions themselves as a strategic partner to early-stage tech companies, offering fractional SDR support with a hands-on, account-based approach. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate qualified leads. Make a total of 100 calls per day (50 calls per client; 2 clients at a time). Launch outbound email campaigns using provided tools and sequences. Set as many sales-qualified meetings (SQMs) as possible for assigned clients. Log prospect interaction data and call outcomes in the CRM. Represent U.S. B2B tech startup clients in a professional and articulate manner. Additional Role Details Contact lists, email copy, and call scripts are pre-prepared for the SDR. SDRs will work exclusively with U.S.-based B2B technology startups. Communication will be entirely in English, so fluent English is a must. The SDR will work with 2 clients concurrently as part of a structured, full-time workload. Performance bonuses are based on monthly client renewals (i.e., retention tied to results). Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Previous experience in similar roles College Degree Coachable, self-motivated, and hungry to learn Resilient and comfortable with rejection Clear, articulate, and professional English communication Strong goal orientation and consistency in daily execution No rigid work habits or resistance to structured processes or feedback IT & Language Requirements CRM Experience: Basic CRM data entry (e.g., HubSpot or similar) Email Tools: Familiarity with outreach tools is a plus (e.g., Apollo, Mailshake, etc.) Language: Fluent/Advanced English (spoken and written) Compensation Fixed Base Salary: $1,500- $2000 USD/month Variable Compensation: Performance bonuses (~$1000 USD/month) based on client renewals Health Coverage: Not included initially Additional Benefits: Future potential for performance-based promotion or full-time client placement Annual Leave Policy: 10 business days per year
