Inside Sales Leader

We're looking for an Inside Sales Leader to build, coach, and drive a high-performing team, while actively contributing to revenue growth. As our Inside Sales Leader, you'll manage both strategy and execution: leading from the front, creating scalable processes, and ensuring the success of your team and clients alike. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team. Set clear goals and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration. Sales Strategy & Execution Design and implement a scalable inside sales playbook focused on growth and retention. Develop and lead outbound campaigns. Manage your own portfolio while overseeing the team's performance. Reporting & Insights Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and team productivity. Ensure commercial activity discipline, data accuracy, and reliable forecasting. Generate weekly and monthly reports for leadership. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree. 3–5 years of sales experience in freight brokerage or logistics (preferably with freight forwarder clients). 1–2 years of experience leading a small sales team (highly desirable). Strong knowledge of US-based LTL services. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. CRM-savvy and comfortable working with sales data. Why Join Us?
