Primary Purpose of the Position: Manage and advise customer accounts to achieve sell-in and sell-out goals, ensuring volume and profitability targets are met or exceeded. Support credit and collection activities to maintain strong and healthy financial relationships. Identify and develop business opportunities that contribute to company growth. Evaluate customer needs and provide proactive business solutions that build trust and long-term partnerships. Plan, develop, and support strategies in pricing, product mix, channels, promotions, and portfolio management. Main Responsibilities: Drive sell-out initiatives aligned with business priorities. Collaborate actively to resolve and prevent credit and collection issues. Build strong customer relationships through frequent, transparent communication, fostering win–win outcomes. Maintain updated technical knowledge to demonstrate expertise in Goodyear products and processes, adding value to customers’ businesses. Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, adopting a data-driven approach to capture improvement opportunities. Strengthen long-term business relationships. What you’ll bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentations). MBA preferred. Experience: 3+ years in Sales, preferably in the tire or retail industry. Knowledge & Skills: Strong sales and marketing acumen. Goal-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills. Effective communicator with solid interpersonal abilities. Team player with a customer-focused yet results-driven mindset.
