We are seeking a Sales and Growth Professional to spearhead expansion in the Mexican and LATAM market. This is a challenging role designed for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on securing new business, closing complex enterprise deals, and exceeding performance targets. Key Responsibilities Hunt & Win: Proactively identify, and secure new business opportunities across Mexico (mainly) and LATAM. Engage Executive Stakeholders: Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and executive stakeholders to position our cybersecurity platform as the go-to solution. Manage the Enterprise Sales Process: From prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closing—while delivering a seamless client experience. Exceed Performance Targets: Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals to maximize commissions and drive regional growth. Leverage Internal Resources: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate deal momentum and win strategic accounts. Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep current with cybersecurity market trends and competitors to sharpen your pitch and maintain a winning edge. Pipeline Discipline: Use a CRM to manage opportunities with accuracy, ensuring clear visibility into performance and forecasts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field. English proficiency (C1+) 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud solutions. Strong track record as a hunter, with proven success in consistently overachieving quotas. Expertise in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with senior executives. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by performance and financial rewards. CRM proficiency with strong pipeline discipline. Willingness to travel across LATAM South to engage prospects and clients face-to-face. Cybersecurity knowledge is a strong plus.
