Job Title: Territory Sales Director We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the region Develop and implement annual sales plans for designated customers Cultivate and manage customer relationships at key accounts Promote existing product lines and support new product launches across the territory Negotiate price increases and identify new business opportunities Provide regular market insights and sales data analysis Document visit reports and review sales performance metrics Collaborate with department leadership to develop sales strategies and quotas Requirements: Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing role Fluent English skills with native proficiency in Spanish Preferred Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing leadership position 3-5 years of experience in flexible packaging industry Travel Expectations: Travel is expected for this position, frequency and duration based on business needs.
