Job Title: Sales Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mexico. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving profitable results, building long-term relationships, and identifying sustainable business opportunities with key customer accounts. Main Responsibilities: Drive sell-out initiatives aligned with business priorities, fostering growth and revenue. Collaborate actively to resolve and prevent credit and collection issues, ensuring smooth customer interactions. Build strong customer relationships through frequent, transparent communication, fostering win–win outcomes. Maintain updated technical knowledge to demonstrate expertise in products and processes, adding value to customers' businesses. Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, adopting a data-driven approach to capture improvement opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the tire or retail industry. Strong sales and marketing acumen, goal-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills. Effective communicator with solid interpersonal abilities, team player with a customer-focused yet results-driven mindset.
