**Activities**- Daily shift scheduling and management of attendance to ensure all routes are staffed.- Management of time and attendance.- Recruiting support.- Personnel onboarding.- Operations performance review and analysis.- Personnel performance review and analysis.- Execution of time, attendance, payroll management and other process.- Dispatch.- Invoicing support.**Requirements**:- English minimum 90%. Both oral and written.- At least 1 year of previous experience.- Knowledge to use computer and/or office equipment.- Time availability.- Be proactive.- Being outgoing.- Indispensable Bachelor's degree completed or in process.- Indispensable knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.The work that will be carried out is 100% remote, the appropriate equipment is provided in case of being hired.**Salary and Benefits**Payment for services: $1,000 USD / month paid monthly (“payment for fees”)Reimbursement of cost of health insurance (up to a maximum of $1,200 USD/year)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, IndefinidoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horas
