Chinese company in the Railway sectorApplication**:Legal Compliance Supervisor****Position requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Economic Law or other related legal careers, Master's degree desirable.- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant legal work experience, specifically analyzing the legal framework for large infrastructure projects in Mexico- **Experience in legal consulting firms is essential**:- 100% English language**Necessary skills**:- Analyst- Legal negotiation- Systematic thinking**Position objective**:- Responsible for the complete technical management of the electromechanical systems engineering process (including equipment installation, debugging of individual systems, comprehensive debugging management, acceptance and delivery). This position involves coordinating relevant interfaces, optimizing system solutions and achieving the goals of smooth installation, debugging, acceptance and delivery of equipment and systems.**Responsibilities**:- Legal Affairs: Participate in the legal review of important documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda related to the project. Provide legal services for important project matters, conduct legal demonstrations for important business decisions of the project department, and provide legal consulting opinions. Review the legality, compliance, and necessity of the project department's management data.- Compliance Management: Participate in the establishment of the project's compliance management mechanism. Pay attention to laws and regulations outside of Mexico and/or Nuevo Leon that may affect the project. Convert external regulatory requirements into internal compliance obligations and identify compliance risks.
