Every member of our team has a valuable opportunity to help shape our future and make a positive impact on the world around us through our commitment to the locations where we live and work.Covia is looking for a dynamic Corporate **Paralegal** who will have a positive impact on the Covia legal team at its Monterrey Office Location**The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities**:- Draft and prepare various documents, including non-disclosure agreements, contracts, amendments, notices, memos, correspondence, affidavits, termination letters, resolutions and articles of incorporation, for review, approval, and use by in-house counsel- Shephard contracts through the review and approval process- Perform various document review projects- Administer the contract management system, including tracking critical dates (e.g., auto renewals, termination, etc.) and sending notices to stakeholders- process- Assist in daily flow of department activities including special projects and regular assignments- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and creating reports to analyze budget information- Create and maintain various status reports- Interact with outside counsel and Company representatives- Manage and process the payment of legal invoices- Coordinate projects with in-house and outside counsel including international filings- Monitor legal actions filed against the Company- Maintain minute books and corporate structure chart- Provide administrative support to in-house counsel, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, composing correspondence, scanning documents, notary services, and filing correspondence and legal documents- Perform other tasks as requested by in-house lawyers and business team members**The successful incumbent will have the following Minimum Qualifications**:- Positive - exhibits a “can-do” attitude even during particularly busy or stressful times; contributes to building a positive team spirit- Innovation - innovative mindset committed to creative and analytical curiosity; able to formulate novel solutions that result in improved process and/or performance- Communication - clearly and concisely conveys thoughts verbally and in writing; relates to people with all levels of experience and backgrounds when communicating and responding to questions; reviews and edits work for proper spelling and grammar- Analytical - gathers and analyzes information skillfully; synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data- Problem Solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner while balancing risks and rewards- Organization - highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; capable of prioritizing tasks independently- Attendance - highly reliable, responsible, and responsive; consistently at work and on time**Benefits**:- Benefits above of Mexican Law, including medical services, saving founds, and other- Short time incentive program- Other social benefitsThe organization offers competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and a full range of benefits.An Equal Opportunity EmployerIND2
