This role primarily focuses on implementing BEAS software, training clients on how to use the software, gather requirements for blueprint and support 1 troubleshooting. If you have a passion for customer service, problem-solving, strategic thinking, detail orientation, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:- Implementation, demo, training and advisory of SAP Business One and BEAS.- Document business requirements and functional specifications.- Provide technical support for project life cycle.- Draft user documentationQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business (preferred).- Proven experience in a similar role, 3+ years of experience in IT, software, consulting, or a related field- Highly proficient with SAP Business One.- Highly proficient in BEAS Advanced Manufacturing (Certified)- Advanced verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills.
