Human Resources C&B Specialist The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field, particularly in plant HR management and labor relations. A strong background in training, payroll, and process development is essential. Responsibilities: Organizing and implementing hourly staff recruitment work for manufacturing plants. Familiarity with labor relations processes, including conflict resolution and complaint handling. Overseeing office administration, including facilities management, canteen services, cleaning, and shuttle bus operations. Developing employee communication strategies to foster effective dialogue between employees and management. Supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations. Handling staff incidents, pre-payroll, payroll preparation, and benefits administration. Implementing and managing incentive programs, such as health insurance and compensation packages. Analyzing metrics and preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
