Central Transport, a leader in LTL (less-than-truckload) transportation for more than 90 years and one of General Motors' Carriers of the year in 2021, is currently seeking an on-site entry level Recruiter for our corporate office in Monterrey, NL. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Recruitment and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Works with management to execute full cycle recruitment Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention Report to management and offer decision support through HR metrics Maintain employees’ personal data as per local laws Qualifications Bi-lingual – strong English (written and spoken (conversational)) is required Possess or being the near to completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Business related degree Self-driven Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Ability to perform well with minimal management oversight Conflict management and resolution skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Strong business acumen Coaching and mentoring skills Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
