We promote a positive work environment by conducting ourselves professionally and helping each other achieve our goal of** One Sutherland Team, Playing to Win.****Customer Service Representatives on this position get to**:Deliver world class customer support and build customer satisfaction and loyalty by troubleshooting all inquiries regarding streaming products over the phone and online.- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish- Customer service experience- Proficient in tech-related elements (i.e., Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Roku, iOS, Android, etc.)- Good judgment indecision-making to deliver exceptional customer support routinely always- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required- Call center experience strongly preferrable**Other Requirements**:- **Must** be available for weekend (Saturday & Sunday) hours- Most Call Center employees work on a shift basis, and as such will be required to periodically rotate shifts and regular days off**We offer**:- Direct hiring since day 1- Fully paid training- Competitive salary and growth opportunities- 40 hours per week- 2 days off- Performance- All law benefits- Food coupons- Annual merit increase opportunity**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or GED- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required- Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required- Prior customer service experience preferred
