Business Intelligence Analyst

About the team Zillow Group’s mission is to give people the power to unlock life's next chapter. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics and Data Science team. In this role, you will develop insights and support decision-making using marketing and product data. This team collaborates closely with marketing to identify strategic opportunities across brand and performance marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, TV, and various business lines including rentals, B2C, and B2B. You will enhance our marketing measurement capabilities by providing quick insights and recommendations from clickstream and platform data, communicating directly with senior leadership. **About the role** You will work with Zillow's Marketing leadership to uncover insights about the customer funnel through advanced visualizations and analytics. Your main goal will be to influence business strategy and develop analytics roadmaps. Your responsibilities include: Performing ad hoc analysis for marketing and product stakeholders Creating compelling data visualizations Delivering strategic insights to executive teams Monitoring business metrics aligned with growth goals Identifying opportunities in the business funnel and operational processes Collaborating with product and engineering teams to design analytics frameworks and develop solutions This position is categorized as a teleworker role, allowing you to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico, preferably in Mexico City, with occasional in-office attendance.
