Geography Research Specialist

As a detail-oriented research enthusiast with a strong understanding of national and local geography, you'll have the opportunity to work at your own pace from home on a project enhancing digital maps used by millions worldwide. This freelance role involves working on a web-based environment, where you will verify and compare data, determine the relevance and accuracy of information, and complete research and evaluation tasks. Qualification path: No prior professional experience is required, but you'll need to pass basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process. Full Professional Proficiency in English & Spanish language Being a resident in Mexico for the last 2 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Mexico Ability to follow guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and website information Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance Daily access to a broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software Assessment: To be hired, you'll take an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification. Our team will provide you with guidelines and learning materials before your qualification exam.
