Job Title: Ops Coordinator Shift time: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Merida, Yucatan Salary: $28,000 mil pesos mxn brutos + variable. Job Description:Responsible for coordinating, managing and leading the operations of your team, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty and business growth. Your work is focused on developing systemic thinking and implementing tactical solutions that benefit all stakeholders: soulvers, customers and the company.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the operations of your team, ensuring high quality service that meets customer expectations and enhances their experience.Build and develop high performing teams through leadership and mentoring other leaders, ensuring optimal results and success of the operation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.Apply systems thinking to identify how areas of the business interact and their impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability through effective processes.Collaborate with enabling areas to ensure compliance with agreed customer service levels and propose improvements.Analyze operations performance and present recommendations to optimize efficiency and profitability.Use data and metrics to make informed decisions, ensuring continuous improvement of processes and procedures.Skills and Competencies: Achievement orientation (High)Assertive communication (High)Organizational awareness (Medium High)Commitment to sustainability (Medium High)Responsibility and accountability (High)Staff development (High)Emotional and relational intelligence (High)Advanced client-facing skillsExcel (Intermediate-Advanced level)Data analysisManagement and action of data-driven improvement plansA human leadership style is sought, focused on people, but with equal importance on high performance and results.A high level of Client Facing Skills and a very good level of English is crucial, as you will be receiving visits from clients in the city where you are selected.
