Position: Legal Assistant – Personal Injury Location: Remote Shift time: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 6:00 pm MST Salary: $21,000 mil pesos mxn brutos. Job Description: We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join its litigation team and support attorneys handling personal injury cases. This role requires an organized, dependable professional who is comfortable handling medical records and negotiating liens while keeping cases moving forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Request and track medical records from providers • Summarize medical records for attorney review • Negotiate medical liens and maintain accurate documentation • Support paralegals and attorneys with additional administrative tasks as needed • Maintain case files and manage communication with medical providers and lien holders Requirements: • 1–2 years of experience as a legal assistant or similar role in a personal injury law firm • General understanding of personal injury law and litigation procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Spanish language proficiency is required
