Forensic Investigator

Internal Investigations Specialist Purpose: This role involves leading thorough and objective investigations into various ethics and compliance-related matters. Main Responsibilities: Conduct fact-based internal investigations of fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, financial misconduct, and other ethics and compliance violations. Develop investigation plans and manage the end-to-end process, including evidence collection, documentation review, interviews, and root cause analysis. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of findings, maintaining a consistent and defensible record. Collaborate with teams to align on protocols and remediation strategies. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical, interviewing, communication, and report-writing skills. Able to manage sensitive information remotely and frequently travel for on-site investigation needs. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate investigations, audit, compliance, or forensic services (CFE is a plus). Experience with case management systems and investigation tools. Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Fluent English required; Spanish preferred; Portuguese is a plus.
